Can any staff delete the assign artists thing and performer field?

I noticed some doublons when I assigned artists to this album and I was unable to delete the whole thing to submit a corrected version

If things haven't changed, a Trusted Editor should have a privilege for deletion except for album & artist entries, website & label links. Click the recycle bin icon.

I can help with the tracklist by verifying composers, arrangers and Lyricists at Anison Generation....not only that, I'm somewhat of a Gundam expert.

There were a few series missing from the works represented. A few big ones in fact, including Zeta Gundam.

Damn! Pardon me saying this, but what a mess. There should be some type of method to avoid getting the artist info fields so jumbled, entries similar to this one would benefit from it.

I have an idea, not sure if I'll explain myself, but I'll try...

For entries like this one with multiple discs and multiple artists, why not have a collapsing link for each disc in all three fields, showing artists corresponding to whichever disc is clicked? I think that would help to keep things organized.

Not sure if I made a lick of sense there, hopefully someone will get the gist of it...

I'm not really volunteering (), but someone needs to verify all of the artists linked to this album, because I just linked four guys who were unlinked because their names varied slightly from their artist entries (Toru Okada, Machiko Ryu, Kenichi Sudo, and Masala Nishida) and four guys who were unlinked because their names were wrong (Tadashi Tsushimi instead of Takashi Tsushimi, Motoyoshi Ishisaki instead of Motoyoshi Iwasaki, Tomoji Sugawa instead of Tomoji Sogawa, and Maki Suzukawa instead of Masaki Suzukawa).

very frankly, I have no idea where these errors come from
after checking tags in my mp3s, I saw Motoyoshi Iwasaki

(edit: I never used Masala, I don't even know where it comes from)

MP3s shouldn't be used as reference.

Any thoughts on this?

Well, the ultimate goal is to link each track individually to artists. Display-by-disc would come along with that automatically. This is obviously a long range project, and Blah worked on changing some of the data structure to help support this. I looked into finishing the implementation last year, but didn't have a clear idea how it would all work, so I worked on product-linking instead. I'd suspect that this would be 2011's big project.

I meant I don't understand how I could put Iwasaki in my tags when I submitted Ishisaki (because it's the same name for artist/composer/arranger)
I was probably tired and mistook some names with other names in the process

I remade a list of those people (more accurate) and I'll re-edit soon (not finished to check)

Maybe this is coming a bit late, but I found the next website with the full list of composers, performers and other information:

http://natalie.mu/music/news/26166

So far I have checked it, it appears to be consistent and that the information is correct.

I just received my copy today, and i noticed that disc four had the last two tracks marked as secret tracks. I don't know why.

About Disc 10 credits:
- Track 05. "Mobile Suit SD Gundam no Gyakushuu SD Sengokuden Bakushuu Kuujou no Shou"ED / アディオス・DE・ガンダム

Correct reading is "Abaowakuujou no Shou". See opening title here: http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=952977SDG.jpg

- Track 06. "Mobile Suit SD Gundam no Gyakushuu SD Sengokuden Arashi wo Yobu Gakuensai"ED / ペ・ペ・ペのペ

You are mixing the 2 segments of the movie "Mobile Suit SD Gundam no Gyakushuu":
1st segment: Arashi wo Yobu Gakuensai, ED Theme: ペ・ペ・ペのぺ
2nd segment: SD Sengokuden Abaowakuujou no Shou, ED Theme: アディオス・DE・ガンダム
