Fixed some wrong romanizations of the musicians.

Source for Fumiyo Tobise = 飛世史
That was hard to find.

http://amadeus-apartment-building.co.jp/popular.html

It's the only site where Toshiko Sakai is credited as violinist. Also, 酒井智子 could be romanized as "Tomoko/Satoko Sakai" but there is no credits as violinist for those combinations.

http://www2.big.or.jp/~n-fujii/jazzDB/disc_HTML/272.htm
Here, I have found some artists names.

片岡真美 = Mami Kataoka (99% of being the correct romanization). No finds for "Mami Kataoka" in the music field.

原田美佳 = Mika Harada?
Yet not confirmed but is the more likely romanization.

上田眞仁 = Masahito Ueda?
Again, not confirmed and I don't think that anyone can find something about this artist.

I suspect both names could be wrong transcriptions of No Music, No Game website (I already found some mistakes in the past). It's a shame the current scans are very small... If someone could upload new scans I'll appreciate it.

http://www.kannoyoko.net/hp/data_sta.../fuunroku.html

It's another source for this album's credits.

Here, instead of 上田 眞仁 the artist is credited under 上田 眞. However, I suspect that the first one is the correct one. This page confirms my suspicion: Japan Classical Musical Society

Thanks for alternative source. I think you're right about the correct kanji name. It's possible to see in scans the kanji 仁. But I also couldn't find any confirmation of the romanization.

This one page for a song composed by Chiaki Fujita mentions a "Fumi Tobise" along with Aska Kaneko and crew: http://www46.tok2.com/home/slt/metab...rue_colors.htm. I should note that that page incorrectly lists Koji Makuuchi's given name as "Hiroshi," so "Fumi" could be a mistake too.

飛世 史 is part of Music People's Nest, which also gives the reading "Fumi Tobise": http://www.mpn.jp/wam/search/bychar/...c%5B%5D=090201. I've only come across this site recently, so I'm not sure how reliable it is. It seems to be some kind of musicians' association that deals with performance rights and such.

I just noticed now that violin player Yukiko Iwato is credited as cello player in this album.

In this album Kouryuuki she is credited as violin player with Hijiri Kuwano and Chie Kuwano, so I think it's the same person.

The website
https://j-rpgs.fandom.com/wiki/Nobun...shou_Fuuunroku
Gives this album the following title:
Nobunaga's Ambition: Record of Generals in Turbulent Times
Is it possible to add this title or is it too unofficial?

No. Only officially translated/localized names are allowed on any entry in the DB.

It's unofficial, only release this got outside of Japan was the SNES release and it was subtitled as Nobunaga's Ambition: Lord of Darkness.

Plus, you really should trust random wiki-sites, they really don't give any sources for information as they're fan driven.
