The noisycroak staff page is a bit out of date, and there are several new members who've been there for a while that aren't listed. All four of these people appear in composition or SFX roles in the works list on the noisycroak front page:

One more: 村上徳子 (Noriko Murakami? Tokuko? Yoshiko?). Don't have any info about or links for her except for Noisycroak listing her as a (perhaps the) composer of the Android game Hakoniwa by GREE.

It looks like noisycroak is in charge of the music for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
