You sparked my interest with that post, Eidolon2010. From what I could hear, the game at least features arrangements of:

• Eveline Novakovic's "Simian Segue" and David Wise's "DK Island Swing" from Donkey Kong Country.
• Grant Kirkhope's "DK Rap" and "Rambi" from Donkey Kong 64.
• Shigeru Miyamoto's or Yukio Kaneoka's "25m (Level 1) BGM" and "Hammer BGM" from the arcade Donkey Kong and Yukio Kaneoka's "Title BGM" from the NES Donkey Kong.

It seems the game embraces the series' entire musical legacy which is more than welcome. The "Bramble Blast"-esque level and the appearance of Diddy and Dixie means we will most likely get arrangements from Donkey Kong Country 2.

I hope they also arranged some music from the more overlooked games in the series, like Eveline Novakovic's soundtrack for Donkey Kong Country 3 and Taisuke Araki's for the Game Boy Donkey Kong.

And since the game appears to be a prequel to Super Mario Odyssey, maybe an arrangement of "Jump Up, Super Star!" will be featured... ?

Something else worth mentioning is that while Mario Kart World had quite a celebratory selection of tracks from across many long time Mario sub-universes and spinoffs (Mario Land, Yoshi, Wario, etc), it was conspicuously shallow with Donkey Kong music references (to my knowledge, with only DK Island Swing and maybe DK Spaceport to a degree), so I guess Bananza will make up for it by including much more of DK's old repertoire.

Maybe a "Save Unlock" bonus would be add to MKW, for those who have DKB data ?

(If they do the purchasable DLC thingy, that would be cringe...)

Just dropping in to say the game has a Music Player feature, complete with track titles. Seems the sound quality is slightly degraded to avoid rips.

The Ask the Developer interview for Donkey Kong Bananza has been published, and Naoto Kubo is indeed sound director and composer for the game (as speculated in another thread)
