Default ANIMEX1200 album on Malaysia market, bootleg or licensed product?

In the few past, I've seen usually most of album especially or the Columbia ANIMEX1200 serie released in Malaysia with the cat. number T0xxx.
They seems legit to me since Columbia logo is on the album, JAN is the same of the japanese product, the only difference is the cat. number. An example
probably other famous album of different label like this I've catalogued in the past are from Malaysia. Are they really licensed for that market?

if a malaysian product has a jan code, so that product isn't legit
it must be a bootlegger

also, if it has a jan code, but a different catalogue so it's a bootleg
since I have bootleg not selected I've never seen those releases like your example

please don't assume it's legit simply because a bootlegger put a copyright, jan code, etc.
edit: after a quick search, there doesn't seem to be other bootlegs like that T0192 you submitted

it seem those bootlegs (of ANIMEX1200 Columbia) and the one we have on the database (T0192) have this same logo label (it seems a "MF" or "VF"), but I don't find the name of the malaysian bootleg company (VideoStar Animation? or else)

MF logo represents Music Factory and that is b**tleg label.

isn't it like saying that thing can be purchased? (not to encourage people)
I could even say all bootleg prices should be removed from the db, even not for info

even the message says "Please support the original artists by not purchasing bootleg albums"
so, without prices, it's a way to say that shit isn't "commercial"

you didn't understand me, I was talking about adding the malaysian country in price field only to display the bootleg country from original legit parent (like taiwanese one). Obviously the price will be set to unknown

Your best bet is to ask SS to add another currency. He and Gigablah are prolly the only ones who can do that, I think that's kinda obvious.

They are there to help people know if they HAVE a boot, though. Which is a very good thing.
