As far as I can tell the western NES versions lack a staff roll, though the Japanese version does have one. So I think the aliases we had credited here before (Toy Fujio, Milk Sakakura, Instrument Ueko) were just fan translations of the jp monikers.

The arcade version doesn't seem to have any credits either so I'm not sure what the source for the composer credit is there, beyond the games Japanese wikipedia page. I set it to uncredited for now.
