Where did you find this? I couldn't find any other info about it on the net

It was probably at some point on sale at JAY, presumably that's where the disc scan comes from.
I checked Suruga-ya since there are some really hidden treasures pop up over at that place. But no, they have no record of it being in their catalog, so it was never on sale there. Shame, as it would be nice to own it someday.

Also will put N.O.Y.B. in a composer's field, since all people who worked on these games (Yuji Kanda, Kota Hoshino, Tsukasa Saitoh, Kohichi Suenaga...) are part of From Software'd sound unit.
