I don't understand - why sony didn't release it digitally for a public? No iTunes, Amazon, etc... nothing.

In addition to it being bonus stuff... Probably to try and contrast a bit piracy? You only get to play this through its own app, normally, right?

Yes, that seems right, playable only with its own app... This has to be one of the most inconvenient soundtracks released lately. First, you can access & download it only if you preordered the game, next, you can play it only on PS4 within the app (or maybe with PS Vita Remote Play too but that just makes it worse - you need both Vita & PS4) and finally, you can't copy/move it anywhere else...

They haven't even released it as a 256 cbr mp3 on PS Store (available at least to anyone on PSN) as they used to do for some PS3 soundtracks... But iirc, they couldn't go for mp3s on PS4 because at the time PS4 couldn't play mp3. Can it play now lol? Yeah Sony, make a next-gen console in 2013 but don't support mp3 which can be played by any shit nowadays.

Even if they wanted to fight piracy, I think they've done more harm than good this time...

Oh, well, the content is still theirs. They're entitled to screw it up, willingly or not.

A pity, but hopefully it will be the last soundtrack we see published like this.
