At the very bottom of this scan, I think it's written the following:

レコーディング・エンジニア: 仙田 勇, 永田 守弘
レコーディング・ミキサー: 村岡良一

So, these technical staff credits (in english) would be:

Recording Engineer: Isamu Senda, Morihiro Nagata
Recording Mixer: Ryoichi Muraoka

All these people have credits for albums recorded in the '70s or '80s. In this album, Ryoichi Muraoka and Isamu Senda, both are credited as part of the recording staff, so I think it's safe to assume that they're the same people.
