Nisto, is the album name / artist name a standard or do you have a source for your changes? Almost every solo works album he has is Joe Hisaishi / .... I know that for most anime single cds it's "song name / artist" or "song name / artist1 c/w artist2" and most online vendors have it listed as album name / artist name, but I'm just putting it down like I see it.

Is this a standardization I don't know about?

It's sort of an "unofficial" standard here at VGMdb, as far as I know. It hasn't been suggested or mentioned anywhere, I think. But it's best to keep it like this to at least maintain a standard.
