The track list on the back states that there is 6 arranged pieces, but there is no such 6th piece on the CD. Also of note, this seems to be a fan made collection. All the tracks have clearer and more full recordings. A major improvement and correction over the official release. Something that should have happened the first time.

I'm not so sure we should be adding fan-made bootlegs of soundtracks, regardless of quality. There are a lot of those on Ebay as well.

That's actually where I got it from, but I've seen them at the japanese auction sites. They never have bootleg, nor fan-made stuff.

Does the copyright from Nintendo not mean its authentic?

I don't know. Anyone can put a copyright on anything, but if Nintendo didn't release or authorize this, then it's a bootleg (assuming it's music from the soundtrack, and not an arrangement).

Those scans seem pretty sketchy, and other people have decided that this isn't an official release. I can't find anything about "CDD Records."

I thought I seen it on this site already, but that was a year before when I was new to this stuff. The cover looked similar to the official one. So I guess this would have to be removed then...
