This vocalist has been romanized on FELT and Hatsunetsumiko's albums as 'Maiko' Maika but I'm having trouble to find sources. I may have been missing the obvious, that's also a damn possibility lol (I've linked only some albums atm, it has like 10 more xD)

Maika isn't the only possible reading for the name 舞花.

The exact same thing (same doujin circles) is with 陽花 (romanized here as 'Youka') and 美歌 ('Miko' Mika).

Where did the readings come from?

The tentative reading we have is -ka ("Maika" and "Mika"), not -ko. I don't think -ko is a valid reading for 花, same for 歌. But yeah, they're unsourced at the moment.

Oh sorry, yes 花/歌 is ka, guess I was tired when I typed that (or don't know what I was thinking...)

Interesting, I've assumed they were sourced somewhere.
