The official side for the album gives Mari Mizuta's (vocalist of track 2) family name as 瑠田, which does not appear to be correct: http://www.pps-mart.com/model/mari.php.

Have a small problem with track 3. While all other tracks use 歌 to credit the vocalist/performer, this one uses 歌唱. I put both through gwaei (my translation software) and they mean both the nearly same, at least I don't get the subtle difference if there really is one

Both characters in that compound mean to sing. I don't know what the distinction would be...but I haven't really seen that used as a compound before. That character is normally used in 合唱, which means choir or chorus.

Both are essentially the same, though "歌" by itself would be "song" so it's more of a contraction.
