A few notes about this one.

The catalog number is not completely verified. There's not a whole lot of info, and I don't think it was ever commercially sold. It seems unusual for a game enclosure to have the HIDPC cat number, but you can sort of see it fuzzily on the back (2nd disc) scan.

I couldn't find any info on the vocalists.

The tracklist has spelling mistakes as printed.

I just got a hold of this one. It did indeed come enclosed with the limited edition version of the game. I added photos of the soundtrack case (front), both discs, and the booklet (front, back, all pages). I also added a contents photo showing the game box, game case, and soundtrack. Lastly, I added a detail of the back of the game box where it indicates the soundtrack was included.

There are some additional performer/musician credits on the inside of the booklet too!
