Why does the current tracklists feature of two discs?

I believe the album was supposed to have 2 discs, but eventually it only has one. The second disc should be deleted.

Track 14 is the data track of pdfs, Hibino's handwritten sheet music is a nice touch.

On this album the English track title is "Labyrinth III - Woodlands of Frozen Forest", but on the OST, the English track title is "Labyrinth III - Woodlands of Frozen Flowers". However, the Japanese titles appear identical. Which is the proper translation?

"Woodlands of Frozen Flowers" I guess, but these albums need some healthy retranslations. "Snowy Frozen Woodlands" maybe?

Agree on healthy retranslations. I actually have a pile of most of the Seikaiju no MeiQ albums that I never bothered to rip because I wasn't in the mood to work on the tracklists but here we are, many years later with available localizations.

I'll be making comments in the other threads as I get to them and change them but this one was fairly straightforward. Converted most of the non-localized translations to localized translations. Besides simple localizations, the following changes were made.

M1: Spinning --> Weaving. When you spin a tale, you make it up. When you weave a tale you tell a story.
M2: The Roadside Trees Outside the Window --> Viewing the Wooded Path Through a Window. This is clearly the bgm that plays when you enter the dungeon and it's a wooded path that you're looking at. Whether the window is the actual DS screen or a figurative window, not sure, but I don't think it matters.
M4: First Part --> Part One (Reverted)
