Got confirmation from Kimitaka Matsumae by e-mail that he's arranging a track from MOTHER 2 for this release so I added him as arranger.

I'll shoot an e-mail to Matsumae today and see if he has some details!

Well, to begin with the tracklist is straight-up wrong. What's the source for it? Play-Asia and CDJapan has one that's more accurate so I changed it.

Suzuki and Tanaka composed Smiles & Tears together so I added him as a composer, the rest are Suzuki-only tracks afaik. Matsumae actually only did the record for this new bonus track (including all synths and deciding on the sound) so I'll remove him from arranger.

Lyrics for Smiles & Tears by Shigesato Itoi (Father of "Mother"! ) and vocals by Etsuko Yakushimaru.

Couldn't get any other information about the other tracks (most seem to be taken from the original soundtracks except the ones called bonus tracks) but I'm planning on buying this so we'll see what I can get then.

Shouldn't Beethoven be added as a featured composer?

Heh, I was never sure he was the same Keiichi Suzuki who did Tokyo Godfather.

Even though he's credited as arranger in the booklet? Page 4 contains plenty additional composing and arranging credits, just added them all (someone may want to update the notes).

Finally got around to listening to this. I think some of the Tokyo Godfather songs here aren't in the original soundtrack version. Unfortunately, outside of the Mother and Tokyo Godfathers songs, everything else is pretty disappointing.
