I added images for this one: case front and back (to replace the smaller ones that were already here), booklet (front, back, pages 1~5 & 22), both discs, and Obi. I believe there are supposed to be three trading cards in this set, but unfortunately my copy doesn't have them.

I didn't add all 22 pages because I don't have time at the moment, but I added all the ones with relevant track and credit information. The rest of the pages are just images and descriptions of the characters from the game.

The credits are really wonky. They give no composer info and only give arranger credits for tracks 1~5, even though there are 10 tracks total. My best guess is that they are referring to just the full-length tracks (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), and accidentally called them M1, M2, M3, M4, M5. The other tracks are each less than a minute and, while they do contain some music/tonal stuff, they aren't really fully developed compositions.

Also, they credit Masafumi Ogata ( https://vgmdb.net/artist/1471 ) as "Producer", but he has a bunch of credits in the database as a composer, including on Platina Selection ( https://vgmdb.net/album/21965 ), which is a C's ware record (as is this album). Is it possible he's the original composer?

Lastly, since I haven't listened closely yet, I can't say whether any of these tracks are arrangements of tracks from EVE BURST ERROR ( https://vgmdb.net/album/11234 ), which could make the composer Ryu Umemoto and/or Ryu Takami .

Erogamescape lists Masafumi Ogata as the music composer for EVE TFA, so I think you are right.

The game credits music to Ogata's company AMS overall, not necessarily Ogata specifically: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdf81jE2e6k&t=13m32s

At least two of the arrangers here (Chikamori and Nishimoto, possibly Yasui also) were AMS staff too

RocketBaby's interview with Masafumi Ogata is about EVE: The Fatal Attraction.

RB: Please tell us about your work on Eve: Fatal Attraction?

MO: Obviously my ideas where obtained from the scenario writer. I used the whole world of EVE as an influence of my music. I has in my head a computer which changes a view of the world into a melody (Smile). It took me about two months to create about twenty pieces of music.
