It looks the same up until the extra 3 tracks on the US printing.

Wow, a US soundtrack that's actually superior to the Japanese version? That's rare.

Anyway, I didn't catch those last three tracks before. Thanks for letting me know.

I submitted the following edit:

Removed Teruhiko Nakagawa, Junko Shiratsu, Tomonori Sawada from the composer list. They were added seemingly because of their association with the Panzer Dragoon Zwei score. However, the track from Zwei that appears on Orta, "Lagi and Lundi -Theme of Zwei-" is purely Yayoi Wachi's composition.

Are the bonus tracks any different than how they appeared in their own respective games - arranged in some way? Or are they thrown in just for the hell of it?

No, the ending themes from PD, Zwei, and Saga are unchanged from their original versions.
