Aren't Drama albums usually just the dialogue from the games with some music. Are all of these on Album 2 of the same sort?

Also are there any English western game drama albums out there? Or is just usually those crazy japs who release these type of soundtracks?

Drama albums are usually separate stories based on characters and situations from the games.

They are very popular in Japan, and some of the releases can be pricey, but I don't know of any actual drama albums released in the West, unless you count some of the Pac-Man stories (which I think were mostly music anyway.)
