AVEX MARKETING INC. still exists past April 1, so it can't have been succeeded by AVEX PICTURES INC. (Did anyone really think that AVEX PICTURES INC. kicked out the current manufacturer of avex trax, rhythm zone, cutting edge, binyl records, etc.?)

all existing labels will be now manufactured by avex pictures inc
it avoids to have too many companies, like what sony music labels did (your next post?)

bleh I was knowing that it wasn't a good idea to use "fusion" instead of "demerging" and not to add precisions about the demerging part
faster like that, I'd have probably changed it later

however it's not really bothersome since anime stuff is still released by avex pictures and it's mainly what you find on vgmdb
the only problem could come from some artists releasing game/etc. music under other labels which could not appear anymore
