I will go one further and wonder why the English is now in Romaji
Track 4, 5, 8, 17. As a side note, didn't Geneon America already translate this? http://www.amazon.com/Hellsing-2-Rui...s_all_1#disc_1 |

I went looking on the archived Geneon (USA) site to confirm that they did in fact release Ruins back in September of 2003, said information can be found here.
While it doesn't seem to list a catalog # it does feature a direct link to a review which does. According to said review the catalog # should be "52082" However I noticed that the Geneon (USA) printing for Raid listed here has it's catalog listed as "5198-2" while this same reviewer's page for Raid (which is also linked from the geneon site) has it listed as just "51982" I'm not certain on whether there is supposed to be a dash or not, but if there is in fact a dash before the "2" in the US Raid release then one can only assume the Ruin's catalog # has one as well making it "5208-2" Anyway just thought this information might be of some use to anyone wondering about the Geneon (USA) printing. *Update I was looking at my Geneon (USA) printings of the two Gungrave anime OSTs and they also feature a "-2" at the end, so I've pretty convinced that Ruins is indeed "5208-2" Also on an unrelated note, anyone else find a couple of the official Geneon (USA) track names kind of strange? I mean most of them sound grammatically correct, but then you have a few that just sound off like "Fool cross over Nirvana ~Grudge Prohibited~" or "Act of Demon or the Work of God." Taking the latter for example, "Act of Demon" doesn't appear to be grammatically correct, I imagine something like "Act of Demons" or "Act of a Demon" would have made much more sense. Anyway I digress, it's just something I noticed that I thought was strange. Last edited by BlazingAbyss; Oct 5, 2015 at 08:15 PM. |
