ok. I am pretty sure this is from a video game and it's been driving me NUTS. Here is a sample of the synth. I've had it stuck in my head for months and none of my friends know... it may be old school...N64... gamecube.... sega genisis.... It could be a lesser known game so that's why I'm trying to post in this forum. Here is the link:
