So is this just the japanese version of the enclosure and the other is the American version that doesn't have a release date as of yet?

The contents of the blu-ray for both releases are exactly the same so it can be assumed this is just an alternate printing.

Only difference is that this will have the original track names.

that could be good to have "U.S. printing" near the N/A when there is no price (not only US, but for all country type)
because when I first saw both albums, I thought Doublon? I was forced to look at edit page to know it's a U.S. printing (from the price selection)

So if i read what the official site is saying correctly you can preorder the bundle on the 10th (if you live overseas) of August but they won't start shipping orders till sometime in September? Maybe after the Comic Market we should change the release date since after the event is over it won't be accessible anymore.

Well I changed it after seeing your post (since actill changed the rel date on their website to Sep 2013). I was confused because I thought you were talking about changing the date of the JP release to September or something.
