In addition to the CD which came with the NIS Store pre-order, the Steam Digital Deluxe Dood Edition pre-order ($19.99) came with a 10-track selection:

It was originally planned to be the full 32-track OST available digitally, but was revealed to be shortened to just 10 tracks about a week before release, due to licensing restrictions (my assumption being that Tenpei Sato prefers limited physical releases and didn't want the full OST available digitally for any amount of time). The soundtrack was released after the game, on March 23, 2016.

Also note that despite being called 'original soundtrack' these were arranged in some way but are not from the arrangement album.
(At least that's what I had read multiple times at the time)
