Some of the composer info was wrong. It's been corrected with the info found on Booklet 01-02.

I've modified the way the notes display the composers info to make it less needlessly long. Previous notes was like an entire tracklist with names being creditted for every individual tracks, making it much less readable (in my opinion)
Previous Example: Crèer disc (Disc 1) [tr01] Title III music by Ippo Yamada [tr02] Neo Arcadia March music by Ippo Yamada [tr03] Forbidden Ark music by Ippo Yamada [tr04] Break Out music by Ippo Yamada [tr05] Darkness over World music by Ippo Yamada Now: Crèer disc (Disc 1) Music by Ippo Yamada: 01~11, 14, 16~19, 21, 23~28 Masaki Suzuki: 12, 13, 15 Luna Umegaki, Ippo Yamada: 20 Tsutomu Kurihara, Ippo Yamada: 22
