The SoundClound demo is the demo of the 1rst track, can we really consider this as an "Official Reference" ?

Track 7 is an instrumental track. What he wrote on the back cover (小さな欲望の星空) is the title from the original touhou track.

Default "What's up with tracks 03 and 04?"
In case anyone is here wondering about tracks 03 and 04 being backwards:

VGMdb, the wiki, and the official site are correct while the booklet and back pages are not: 03 is definitely CRIMSON DEAD and 04 is definitely IN THE FLICKERING. You can compare them with the originals in Akyu's Untouched Score Vols. 2 (track 10) and 4 (track 08) respectively.
