AQUA-0048: Fuuga Aozora - Fushigi no Gensokyo 3 Original Soundtrack

I just added this one to the database. It's kind of an odd one. It's a 3-in-1 Touhou fan game/soundtrack/art collection. However, the soundtrack isn't to the game that's part of the package, but to an earlier one by Aqua Style. Both the game and the soundtrack are included on the same DVD. The soundtrack comes in four varieties: MP3 (128kbps, 192kbps, 320kbps) and WAV files.

I've added a bunch of information, but I still need help sourcing which Touhou games the arranged tracks come from. If you look at the image titled "Booklet pg.04", you'll see the track list. Underneath each track you'll see the name of the track the arrangement is based on written in red. Note that there are some original/non-arranged tracks on this soundtrack as well.

Also, could someone please link the known musicians and the composer to their entries on the database please? Thanks!
