Does this album come with a slipcover? If so can we get proper scans of the entire thing to avoid confusion?

It does come with a slipcover, but it was a first print bonus (it's been the same for all the, post-FFVI, FF piano collection releases).

There are slight differences from the CD (according to at least one of the reviews there at Amazon.co.jp) but it is basically the same set of arrangements.
