Default SQEX-20030: FINAL FANTASY XV Original Soundtrack
So this is the only place I've seen any tracklist for the OST as of yet...

Interesting it seems there's no Stand by Me at all (which for me, is a plus).

One thing I've been wondering for....god...EIGHT years now -- will the recording of Somnus be the same as the one on Drammatica?

It is the exact same recording as the one featured on Drammatica. It works really well in-game.

"Stand by Me" is only on the limited edition version of the blu-ray soundtrack.
