Interesting change of romaji title to "zuma" from "tsuma". I understand this is how its pronounce from original japanese wiki. But all I could find romaji title for example in drama wiki and IMDB is "Tsuma". Perhaps someone have understanding for Japanese kanji could explain to me?

imdb is shit about jp stuff, never use it even as reference, same with any wikia/fandom

jasrac use zuma, you can google まるまるづま
it's because marumaru replaces a word that precedes tsuma thus the reading can become zuma
the whole word could be 一夜妻 ("censored" on purpose by marumaru)
