I was going to add some lyricists to this album (well, to the original as this is the reprint), but when going through the booklet's credits I came across some things that I'll address here before I make any changes.

The booklet lists 原作詞:寺田憲史 (Kenji Terada) for "Roaming Sheep" and "The Breeze". For "Legend of the Deep Forest Remix", it lists 作詞:伊藤裕之 (Hiroyuki Ito). For "Home Sweet Home" it lists 作詞:前川嘉彦 (unknown kanji). For "Aria Di Mezzo Carattere Remix" it lists 作詞:北瀬佳載 (unknown kanji). I'm unsure as to if any of these songs actually have vocals or not since I'm unable to listen to the CD right now.

Next: Shiro Sagisu. He's listed in our entry as an arranger for track 12. The booklet credits Tsuneyoshi Saito. I understand that Grand Finale credits both of these people as arrangers, but it does so generally. This album is specific, with Tsuneyoshi Saito as the arranger of this particular track. I'm not sure Shiro Sagisu's credit belongs.

Next: Takayuki Hattori. He's listed in our entry as an arranger for tracks 1 and 14. The booklet credits Katsuhisa Hattori. The credit we have supposedly comes from Symphonic Suite, but I can't find any credits on that album (am I blind?). Also, even the credits we have in the notes section list Katsuhisa Hattori for SCENE III, so I don't know why Takayuki Hattori is listed for it at all. And I don't know where his credit comes from for SCENE VII either. Any help on that?

Finally, I'm having a very hard time believing that the booklet scans are in order. The order in which this puts the track credits makes absolutely no sense:
5 and 6
7 and 8
13 and 14
15 and 16
1 and 2
3 and 4
9 and 10
11 and 12
That can't be right. The pages should probably be swapped like so:
p. 02 ---> p. 04
p. 03 ---> p. 05
p. 04 ---> p. 08
p. 05 ---> p. 09
p. 06 ---> p. 02
p. 07 ---> p. 03
p. 08 ---> p. 06
p. 09 ---> p. 07
But I suppose I won't change it unless somebody confirms it.

Also, it appears the tracklists aren't linked, as they're quite different from each other. I fixed the Japanese tracklist up, but I'm not sure which names to use for the English tracklist, as some are possibly sourced from official translations despite being less accurate.

If track 15 and 16 are previously unreleased pieces, how can they be part of "Final Fantasy V Dear Friends" and "Piano Collections Final Fantasy V" albums?

Wow, that's so true

(Not to mention FFV Piano isn't even N30D-018, it's N38D-018.)

The confusion comes from the fact that the arrangements are based on FFV, I think.

Well yeah, that's on every soundtrack. That protects shops from selling it for a price different than the release price until that date. Typically, it's two years minus one day after the release date. The length may have changed over time though.

Ah, just making sure I put the correct release date then, normally I only see 1. Thanks for the heads up.

Does anyone know who is reading the poem in 大森林の伝説 (REMIX) ?
In the original version from "Final Fantasy V Dear Friends" it was done by the girls from Angelin tytöt in Sami language, but in the remix it's Japanese and the voice is also quite different.

I'm afraid no one is credited in the booklet.
