I just noticed OSV did a review of this soundtrack (here.) There is some clarification of composer<->track responsibilities, but I feel not enough to dare writing anything definitive in the album notes.

Does anyone have more details?

Added BGM composition credits from JASRAC. They match up with OSV's review, so I'm assuming there's a breakdown in the booklet.

I've found conflicting credits for the vocal. They agree on:

Composition: 山田 和正 (Kazumasa Yamada?), Atsushi Hirasawa (平沢 敦士)
Vocals: Yu Inoue (井上 侑)
Lyrics: 山田 和正, Yu Inoue

But a few places, including JASRAC, also credit Dentsu Music and Entertainment (電通, DME) with composition and lyrics. I'm not sure if it's being credited only because one or more of these people are affiliated with it, or if it really did provide songwriting. DME did release a digital single for the vocal.
