I recently bought a brand new factory sealed Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2 [NTSC-U] from Amazon and it came with no soundtrack CD. So it should probably be noted that the bonus CD was included with the 1st print of the game.

It was actually brought to my attention today that this CD was a preorder bonus, not a first-press one, and a quick Google search has pretty much verified this. Edited the entry to reflect this.
