According to the Dog Ear Records website, this digital release has 49 tracks, but the Blue Dragon OST has 52. However, I can't confirm the tracklist since I couldn't acess iTunes Store through this link.

Nice catch. Although I just checked the Japanese iTunes release instead, it seemed shorter than the physical one. Namely, vocal themes such as "My Tears and the Sky" (1-16), "BAD BUT BAT" (1-21), "Eternity" (2-18) and "Happy Birthday" (2-25) are missing.

Well spotted and that's correct. The iTunes page is a bit misleading as the track are numbered the same, but there are gaps. Correct listings on SEMO now.

It seems like this version with 23/26 tracks is not available anymore.
It was replaced on iTunes and amazon stores with a normal reprint of the CD version with 25/27 tracks.

With that new version, the track "Shadow Fight" from Blue Dragon Plus is not available anymore (so maybe we could also keep the entry).
They also changed the release date to match the CD release.
