Does anyone know if this release comes with an outside paper box (like the Silent hill OST UK version)?
The snaps posted by Myrkul confuse me

No, it doesn't.

The scans are from my site. As my disc is sealed, I couldn't get the spines on the scan, if that's what's making you wonder.

Anybody have a disc scan?

what do you mean about "spines"? The obi or simple the borders of the case?
