I switched the order of the two games in the album title because they're in that order in the Japanese text on the obi (which is where our Japanese title comes from). I also made "Cameltry" one word because that's generally how it appears.

Can someone who has this album check the timestamps on the English tracklist? 108 minutes is way too much for one audio CD. I just added a Japanese tracklist from freedbtest that is probably more accurate.

Mmm, I found a copy on YJ with a different Obi.
This is very different from the original one, it's blue and not red and it has on upper corner "5th anniversary" printed. The cat.number should be the same, but snaps are too small to read well.
Here's some scan:

Ideas guys?

http://rokuni.hp.infoseek.co.jp/taito/taito.html

This page mentions a reprint sold on 1993/09/17. Maybe it's that version?

The original games were released in 1989 so it's near the 5th year mark too.

It's simply from the Taito 1500 Collector's Box (link: PCCB-00130) which was released because of 5th anniversary of Scitron. The original Pressing (PCCB-00043) has the red Obi.

Yeah, it could plausible suicider.
The same seller has the "Space Gun" album (available in the Taito 1500 box) with the same blu obi

I notice now that these obis strangely miss the code bar that is available on the external obi of the Taito collector's box, so they could not have been sold individually.
Suicider, do you own the Taito Box to confirm it? Or can someone do it (Carl) ?

I've probably solved the mistery:

Taito Box has blue obis
Toaplan Box has green obis (example here > http://vgmdb.net/db/covers-full.php?id=15060 ; there's the "5th anniversary printed & the code bar is missing in the back cover)
Data East Box has red obis (Lux you have probably confused this with the Taito Box)

Since GMCLW list Toshiko Tasaki for doing the Genesis version of Cadash, does that make her Pinch-Punch as well?

EDIT: It seems Pinch-Punch was a group, and none of the members appear to be Tasaki. And since it lists GEN on GMCLW instead of ARC, seems like she did porting/arranging for that only.

I believe I've seen Ogura and Yack credited for Cameltry. I forget where, though. Maybe the X68000 version.

Cameltry's arcade credits list OGR and Yack. for sound, but Pinch-Punch said the game is their work even though they're nowhere in the staff roll. It's weird.

Does anyone own this album, either from the box set or the individual album?

And if so, can they confirm the presence of a hidden/unlist track 28? I've come across a "source" that suggests there is a track 28, that starts as narration (male) and goes to an English vocal song (female), 4 min 50 seconds in length. The lyrics fit with one or both of the games on Cadash / Cameltry. I don't have any track credits beyond this info.

Anyone familiar with this? Could possibly be in negative 'track 0' territory.

Better late than never Just got this CD and checked it for the ominous track.
There simply is no 28th track and no negative 'track 0'.

Maybe your 'source' was referring to the Cameltry arrangement from PCCB-00055?
