According to these freedb entries, the last disc only has 1 track (even though it says "songs")

So...

CD 1 = 1000571491-CD
CD 2 = 1000571494-CD
CD 3 = 1000631248-CD

I can't really think of any entries that have non-sequential disc numbers, so what to do?

That's weird. I'd add the catalog only to the Media and leave the entry one empty, can't think of a good way to write them in the normal field.
