Is this album really a doujin, or is it an official release? The other 2 albums SynSoniq released (MDK and Worms 2) are official releases. The cover art for this disc has the Sierra logo along with a copyright symbol, which leads me to believe it is an official release. I'm curious to hear what everyone thinks....

I definitely wouldn't call this a Doujin either.

I am bumping this thread cause i have a question:

Browsing my covers... i found that i have a scan with the "official tracklist" we all know, 27 tracks.
This scan comes from the manual or the back cover of the Half-Life game, BestSeller Series (2001)

I was wondering if this soundtrack was ever released as a bonus disc, or could it be a redbook audio ?

If someone have more info, let us know.

I own the Game of the Year edition, and I never got a card like that, nor is there one printed in/at the back of the manual. There's redbook audio on the game itself, but I don't have a bonus audio disc. I'm not familiar with the "BestSeller Series".

Check this URL, please:

It seems that a russian magazine (GAME.exe) released the actual Half-Life soundtrack (the one included as Redbook audio in game disc) in a data CD with MP3 files.

P.S: Sorry for bumping an old thread.

P.S 2: Is the scan you showed official or fanmade?

P.S 3: I have found this one. I am wondering if this scan is real or fake.

The photo i posted years ago is official, i think it's the back picture or either a booklet/manual or the back of the game case.

This is clearly fake... looks like pretty bad photoshop here, logo pasted on black, and font for tracklist looks too digital.

Steam introduced the Steam Music Player on september the 24th this year.

Along with it, they released DLC soundtrack for the following games:
Half-Life
Half-Life 2
Half-Life 2: Episode One
Half-Life 2: Episode Two
Portal
Portal 2

Should we include them in the database?

Edit: Thanks for the effort dissident93

No reason not to (unless you consider Half-Life 2's soundtrack to just be a digital "reprint". As for the others, i'll add them.
