Hey kyubihanyou, why do you still change the cat.number of the singles cd on the notes? I have both the box (VHS & LD), discs are the same yes but have DIFFERENT CATALOGUE NUMBER:
VHS > PCCB-00124~3-5
LD > PCCB-00125~3-5

End of discussion

Do your copies come with a registry card depa? By the way, shouldn't this release get a tag of 'alternate printing' like PCCB-00127 ?

I haven't any registry card for these Box, never seen any on any auction around the net (don't know about Neogeo box).
About relationship yes CD-Audio are the same but differs only for cat.number.
We should reorder those two release in a parent relationship with this form:
PCCB-00124 like parent/PCCB-00125 like child with this tracklist:

Disc 1
"Title 1°VHS" cat.no PCCB-00124~1
Disc 2
"Title 2°VHS" cat.no PCCB-00124~2
Disc 3
"STREET FIGHTER II Perfect Original Version" cat.no PCCB-00124~3
Disc 4
"STREET FIGHTER II Instrumental Arrange Version" cat.no PCCB-00124~4
Disc 5
"STREET FIGHTER II Vocal Arrange Version" cat.no PCCB-00124~5

for LD child release simple replace the "4" with "5"

About NeoGeo Box the 2 VHS/LD are listed like Disc 4&5 in the tracklist, but if those has the same progression number of the Street Fighter Box then should follow the tracklist form above

N.B.
for moderators: why don't replace the "Disc" word with "Media" in the tracklist? "Disc" is not correct for Tape/VHS and other non-disc format release.

It's Dengeki Network. They perform the Blanka track originally from the "Sing!!" album.

Oh ok, but there's a double entry, I'll remove it.

So according to the work list on Shimomura's official site (http://www.midiplex.com/), can it be concluded that Spring Thunder was arranged by her?

Spring Thunder:
ストリートファイターII -G.S.M.CAPCOM 4- (ポニーキャニオン)
  ※「ストリートファイターII 」オリジナル音源+アレンジ1曲を収録

Also for reference...

'92 GMF Festival [Performed by Alpha Lyla members live, but it doesn't seem she specifically arranged it] *Would be [アレンジ1曲を収録] if she did, right?*
ゲームミュージック・フェスティバル~スーパーライブ'92 (ポニーキャニオン)
  ※「ストリートファイターIIメドレー '92 GMFバージョン」収録

*Ready to Fight! doesn't count as it is definitely arranged by either Tatsui or Pakun
http://vgmdb.net/album/733 - Booklet 13

バース -G.S.M.CAPCOM6- (ポニーキャニオン)
  ※「ストリートファイターII'」オリジナル音源2曲を収録

It's so nice to finally know who did what on the SFII songs. Shimomura was at the top of her game long before Kingdom Hearts.
