Does anyone else have a copy of this album where the plastic is dark grey instead of white? Mine is but besides that it looks completely identical to every other picture of this album I can find.

Well, this is the first time I've seen the names SYAVLIENA and Jr., so can only wonder who they are. Jr. would make sense to be Jun Senoue, if only from the J (plus the Jun in Junior like zierts says below). Maeda doesn't really have a concrete alias (RYUNOSUKE's only in 2 games counting the unreleased Devi & Pii), but they're not necessarily from the sound team.

All I can say is that it probably comes from しゃぶる = to suck (candy, thumbs, you name it). Kind of reminds me of Manami Ietel. The pun, not the sucking.
Could be Shaburina = Sabrina. Admittedly, it's a bit shaky and not likely to be an American employee by that name.

I could totally see Jun -> junior -> Jr. Someone should ask him...so they could see him flee in terror at the prospect of talking about Sonic 3 and Sega retaliating.
