I don't think descriptors like "Ongaku/Miyu Nakamura・Hijiri Anze" are part of the title.

It is, but not everything that is on the Obi is part of the title. For example:

We don't use the title "Raystorm / Zuntata" (although we did for a while.)

Now this is rather interesting. If we have stuff written on Obi, Disc or Case like "Title / Performer(s)" should the whole thing be taken as album title or not? Or can't we make a clear statement here?
