Yeah, I've seen it and traced it to the official site (I think) - http://www.disneymusicemporium.com

A lot of albums get added here way before the release date when some minimum info is there, but the thing that stopped me to add them all at once (well minus Mary Poppins and Disneyland) is unknown number of CDs each release will get and since you have to put something when doing an entry here, I would be just wild guessing
As the specific release gets closer, more info will arise so I thought adding them when that happens would be better (along with tracklists and Amazon pages I guess). Again, that's just my opinion and nothing else.

About this collection, it was definitely time for them to do it and I hope it will maybe continue in 2016 too (in some form) because there are more movies that need this treatment.

Here is the new updated schedule Disney put out. Alot of changes. So far everything is still a go other than Toy Story is delayed indefinately.

Lady and the Tramp 60th Anniversary — April 28, 2015, exclusively through Intrada (Originally May 12)
Disneyland 60th Anniversary — In-park on May 6, 2015; Available everywhere else August 18, 2015 (Originally April 7)
Cinderella 65th Anniversary — June 23, 2015 (Originally August 14 / Disney D23 Expo)
Pocahontas 20th Anniversary — July 21, 2015 (Originally June 23)
The Aristocats 45th Anniversary — – At Disney D23 Expo on August 11, 2015; Available everywhere else on August 18, 2015 (Originally August 14 everywhere)
