On Koji Hayama's website it states that he had worked on this soundtrack. It says he arranged the "Orly" track, which I think is track 10. Didn't Noriyuki Iwadare arrange that track, though, according to the notes?

I have no idea where the artist listing on this one came from, but I suspect the arranger names are misread.

Yoshiaki Kubodera => Yoshiaki Kubotera
Isamu Fujioka => Hiroshi Fujioka
Kou Mizoguchi => Isao Mizoguchi

These are/were all CUBE employees, along with Iwadare and Hayama.

Each track has a credited composer and arranger in the liner notes. However, it is in red font on a background that is mainly black, making it very difficult to read. And since I can't read kanji, I can only tell which tracks were composed by the same person. But thanks to CHz's and L3000's links, and an online kanji radical dictionary for input, here's what I've got:

Tracks 1, 5, and 14 were all composed by 鈴木勝.
Tracks 2, 11, and 15 were all composed by 岩垂徳行.
Tracks 3, 7, and 12 were all composed by 窪寺義明.
Track 4 was composed by 岩垂徳明 (which might be a typo).
Tracks 6 and 9 were composed by 藤岡央.
Tracks 8, 10, and 13 were all composed by 溝口功.

I'll have to fill in the arrangers and try to match them up to actual names a little later.

Edit:

Arrangements:
Tracks 1, 2, 8, 11, and 15 were arranged by 岩垂徳行.
Tracks 3, 7, and 12 were arranged by 窪寺義明.
Track 4 was arranged by 曳地正則.
Tracks 5, 6, 9, 13, and 14 were arranged by 藤岡央.
Track 10 was arranged by 葉山宏治.

Thanks for the info! I've updated the artist links (assuming that track 4's composer was indeed typoed).

Hey Crash, does the album have performance credits in the booklet too? I was checking out Mitsuhiro Saito's website due to his participation on other albums, and on his collaborations page he lists the album. He mentions tracks 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13, and since he doesn't have an arrangement role, I'm assuming he played guitar for those tracks, and I'm wondering if there were any other instrumentalists.

In the booklet, there are individual notes for each track, and there are some individual credits given.

Track 1: Narration: 須藤まゆみ, 斉藤治子
Track 5: Guitar: 斉藤光浩
Track 7: Guitar: 斉藤光浩, 並木健司
Track 9: Chorus: 須藤まゆみ, 斉藤治子; Guitar: 斉藤光浩
Track 11: Guitar: 斉藤光浩
Track 12: Guitar: 並木健司
Track 13: Guitar: 斉藤光浩

Man, I wish my scanner was working; it would have taken me half the time to just scan the bloody pages than it did to hunt and peck through an online kanji dictionary.

With the amount of albums you have Crash, I'd be willing to just buy you a new scanner, gratis.

(assuming that you'll return the favor by uploading boatloads of booklet scans of course =)

Ditto. If Carl and I each put $50 towards a nice new scanner for you, and you returned the favor by getting high-res scans for CDs that VGMdb doesn't have scans for, that would be ULTIMATE.

Not saying that Carl's ready to shell out the big 5-0, but I am!

It's taken care of, he's got one on order already. (with no funding needed, just a little encouragement)

The scanner is in, and the scanning has commenced. Thanks for the offers, though!

Man, I see what you mean about those composer/arranger credits being hard to read.

I also see Yuzo Koshiro wrote a few paragraphs in the liner notes! He didn't have any involvement in the game, did he?

Here is an interesting discovery about this album. There seem to be two different disc variants, a light and a dark coloring. See below for both variants.
