there are 2 discs but 2 bonus tracks are from the cd1 or cd2?

Tracks 04 and 24 (the latter of which is a Christmas-themed re-arrangement of 04) are almost certainly composed by Mariko Nanba.

She's no stranger to using a very similar melody from one game in another (famously there's a Chaotix tune that got repurposed in Billy Hatcher), and that happened here, where it was reused in Round2 from Blinx: The Time Sweeper (which is called Deja Vu Canals, funnily enough).
