Any ideas why only vol1 got the tape/vinyl version? My guess is that they tried on this release (which is the oldest one, vol0 being relesed later), and maybe it didn't sell well?
vol0 had a tape but never seen a vinyl.

Added photos of the sample version, with unique vinyl labels. This is one of my favourite albums, along with Thunder Cross.
Can photos be rearranged? They're all messed up. Should list the regular photos first, and then the sample photos at the end.
