Just a quick question but was there ever a premium cd for this movie like there was for the first and third ones?

The second film didn't come with any bonus CD as far as I know.

I uploaded Porter's booklet photos here.
They contain credits for each of the songs individually.

They are not good enough for me to accept them in the db, also because they are cropped.
By the way, it is missing credits for tracks 11, 12, 13.

I just posted photos of info about tracks 11,12,13. Those photos were only working versions - after extracting information please delete them

No problem. I requested these pics from Porter and told him that scans were unnecessary.

The credits are readable which is all that really matters. I've finished copying the notes over now.
