Feel free to translate the rest of tracklist. I grabbed some of the track titles from other related albums (SRT MX, SRT OG, Namco x Capcom, etc.)

I translated it but I'll have to recheck some tracks over the next days, consider it w.i.p.
The JP tracklist floating around was a bit wrong with hanzi mixed, it should be ok now.

There are small the liner notes from Naofumi Tsuruyama, Takuya Hanaoka and Kayoko Matsushima and it seems they are the composers, but the scans credit Salamander Factory so I linked that. Feel free to change it.

stealth edit: here is the English sound test for the first game (uses the same track order of the first disc)
Sound Test:

Flawless Full Moon

Salamander Factory = Tsuruyama, Hanaoka, Matsushima. The names are interchangeable.

Hanaoka reveals in his homepage the tracks he did in Endless Frontier 1.
(red=compose, dark red=arrange, blue=composed but arranged by others, green=engineering)

Compose (disc1): 01, 02, 05, 06, 15~18, 22, 23, 25, 27, 30, 31, 33~37
Arrange (disc1): 03, 04, 10~13, 32, 38

Unfortunately the EF Exceed page is not finished (yet)

Also, Tsuruyama says in the liner notes he did Kaguya, KOS-MOS, MAP, ending and others.
Doesn't specify which game, but from the names and extrapolating from Hanaoka's credits these should be (at least): 1-26 (Kaguya; probably 1-04 too), 1-09 (KOS-MOS / arrange), and maybe 1-26 (Kaguya map) / 1-28 (map).
Matsushima comments she did S.E. and music, I think including Koma (1-14).

EDIT:
I asked Hanaoka and he was nice enough to update the Exceed page, and told me Matsushima did Koma and Tsuruyama the rest of the original compositions.
He didn't specify who arranged the rest of the tracks (Tsuruyama?) or which were original and not reused, but I made a list of track origins to credit Tsuruyama properly:
- SRT Original Generations: 103, 113, 138, 206, 208, 213, 214, 222*, 226*, 229*, 232*, 236* (* may be composed by Tsuruyama or Matsushita)
- Namco x Capcom: 107, 108, 217*, 218, 219 (* by Yuzo Koshiro, rest unknown)
- 4th SRT: 110
- SRT Compact/Impact: 111, 112, 119~121, 124, 132, 207, 238, 239
- STR OG Anime: 203
- 204 seems based on Fairy Dang-Sing from SRT OG, but Hanaoka didn't call it arrangement, so...
Thus the rest not on the list are Tsuruyama's.
(some help from this page)

Hope I didn't miss any. I've updated the page with all this.

BTW, for the tracklist, some of the funky readings like 孤狼=Beowulf come from SRT Impact OST, which gives these reading for several tracks later arranged here. I missed a couple so I updated the translation too.
