It seems like she was credited as Toyosawa in some CLANNAD illustrations: https://cdn.donmai.us/original/ea/0b...94d8758ea4.jpg

But the Toyozawa credit is much more common (appears in Free!, K-ON! and Chu2 illustrations) so Toyosawa is probably a mistake.

Hmm yeah, I must have seen "Toyosawa" in a Newtype illustration like that CLANNAD one. They must have corrected it to "Toyozawa" in later issues.

Newtype is generally very accurate with names so I wouldn't have thought twice about it.
