So, I know you put a lot of time into this entry, and it seems to contain good info, but Jackson 5 really falls into Category 4: forbidden albums. This was Jackson 5's debut album, and was released as a studio album without any thought about using any of the songs for the cartoon series, which wasn't even in the planning stages until they gained popularity, so maybe a year or 2 later.
If a soundtrack album was introduced for this cartoon though, and it contained these songs, that would be eligible. The intro and outro themes are modified versions of the songs from the 1969 album.
One interesting thing. This album does contain a cover of "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah" from Disney's Song of the South. Our scope is intentionally loose, and this almost seems to create some eligibility, but it's a grey area. I believe that we don't want to open up coverage to a good chunk of the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson's early discography and compilation albums, and that's why we have the Category 4 prohibition.
