Default Upcoming Site Tweak

By the weekend, I'll be moving the album pages over to the new URL format http://vgmdb.net/album/####. At the same time, gallery pages will be merged into the main album page, and all old gallery links will be redirected. I figured there's no need to have two separate indexes considering gallery pages receive far less views compared to album pages, and they contain mostly the same information anyway.

Update: New album URLs are active. Please report any errors you find.
Update 2: Gallery view has been restored to the right column. It should work more or less the same way the old gallery pages did.

Does this mean that the scan thumbnail viewing zone is going to be on the album page now? That might slow down page loads for those on slower connections.

Yes, but it won't be loaded by default, until you click on a tab.

They're not ready yet, if you're wondering.

The new Gallery sidebar is super slick. It even works well for albums with tons of images such as Guilty Gear Sound Complete Box.

I've seen some funny behavior for the gallery. If you look at the gallery for this album:

http://vgmdb.net/album/4061

There are gaps, as in some lines only have 1 image instead of 3. Or at least , this is how it looks on Firefox 2.0.0.16.

Same problem with Firefox 3.0.1 and Safari 3.1.2. I've already seen this in other galleries as well.

I'm forever cursed to run into this problem. I might just start using tables instead...
